Provides short- and long-term care to individuals 16 years old or older. Each resident is assigned their own team of medical, rehabilitation, therapeutic recreation, nutrition, and social services professionals who coordinate all aspects of their care. Each child admitted to the Pediatric Center enters a Neighborhood where they receive team-based trans-disciplinary care, including medicine, nursing, social services, palliative care, mental health, rehabilitation, education, nutrition, child life/therapeutic activity, pastoral care and more
ICC is a skilled nursing facility providing specialized care for children and adolescents living with HIV/AIDS in NYC. Medical services consist of: HIV-Specialized Pediatrician, 24 Hour Nursing Services, Dietary and Nutritional Services, Directly Observed Therapy, Assistance with Medication Adherence.

Rutland Nursing Home has a dedicated 32-bed pediatric long-term care unit for children with severe developmental and metabolic disorders. The unit is staffed with nurses and pediatricians 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Medical is coordinated by physicians experienced and dedicated to pediatrics.
